Kenner Avner

Composer/arranger Avner Kenner studied at the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel Aviv. He was the co-leader of the legendary groups "14 Octaves" and "Premiera." He has composed and arranged music for Arik Einstein, Gidi Gov, Yehudit Ravitz, Nurit Galron, Gali Atari, Eli Degibiri, and others. Kenner has written music for over 90 theater productions, for films, and for TV shows. He is the recipient of the 1995, 1998, and 2005 Music Award of the International Festival of Children's Theater in Haifa, the ACUM prize for theater music, and the 1983 Composer of the Year award at the IDF radio station. He has served as Dean of Students at the Rimon School of Music.
