The Soprano joins the orchestra in the second movement - <\/span><i><span style=\"mso-ansi-language:#0C00;mso-bidi-language:EN-US\">Lament<\/span><\/i><span style=\"mso-ansi-language:#0C00;mso-bidi-language:EN-US\"> and sings without words. She expresses the sorrow and agony over the city that descended from greatness and lost its glory. The third movement, with the participation of the Soprano, echoes material from the two previous movements.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;\r\nmargin-top:0cm;mso-margin-bottom-alt:8.0pt;mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;mso-add-space:\r\nauto;text-align:left;line-height:normal;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language:EN\">The work <\/span>illustrates<span style=\"mso-ansi-language:EN\"> a dynamic reality with an actual potential of anxiety from all that surrounds us: the violence, the bluntness and the destruction that is accompanied by sadness and pain (the Lament).
