the Israel Music Institute (hereinafter: “the Website Management” and/or “IMI”),
registration number 580029379, located at HaTa’asiya St 4, Tel Aviv.

  1. Any use of the Website constitutes an acceptance to the following terms of use.
  2. The terms of use may be updated regularly and users are required to review them upon each visit to the Website. Visiting or making use of the Website implies acceptance to these terms and agreement to abide by them. These terms of use constitute a binding legal agreement upon the user and any use of the Website.
  3. The use of gendered terminology in these terms is for convenience only and refers to all genders equally.
  4. The services provided through the Website are subject to the conditions outlined in these terms.
  5. Ordering services from the Website signifies the user’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms form a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.

Services

  1. The Website facilitates the sale and rental of sheet music and books, and serves as an information center for Israeli artistic music.
  2. Services can be ordered by contacting the Website Management directly, subject to availability and geographic location.
  3. Payment for services can be made by credit card or by phone call, subject to approval by the Website Management. Available methods of payment may vary in case of foreign customers.
  4. The Website Management reserves the right to terminate its services at any time.
  5. The right to use the Website is granted to any interested individual. Orders may be placed by those with an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and a valid email address provided at the time of purchase. Minors placing orders will be considered to have obtained parental/guardian consent to do so.

Cancellations and Changes to Services

  1. The transaction cancellation and product return policy is detailed below, in accordance with and subject to the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
  2. Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours from the time of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
  3. If the order has been shipped, the customer may return the product and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will exclude shipping fees, and will be issued once the product is received by IMI in good condition and without defects.
  4. IMI reserves the right to refuse to provide or cancel an order placed by a Website user, subject to IMI’s capacity to provide the order and at IMI’s discretion. In such cases, the user will have no claim against IMI, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and any applicable law.
  5. Notification of cancellation or termination by IMI will be provided to the user, and IMI will avoid charging the user’s credit card, or refund any amount charged for the products, as applicable.

  1. Service availability is subject to scheduling with the Website Management.

Shipping Policy

  1. Most products are ready for delivery within 7 business days. Delivery times for large orders may be longer.
  2. Users can choose between self-pickup from IMI’s address or delivery via Israel Post registered mail. Delivery to addreses out of Israel available via eco post or airmail.
  3. Shipping costs are listed on the payment page.

Warranty and Service

  1. IMI is not responsible for the content of products published on the Website, the content of the Website itself, or the use and consequences of using such content.
  2. Subject to applicable law, IMI is not liable for damages resulting from the products advertised on the Website or their use. Responsibility for using the products lies with the customer.
  3. If there is an error regarding a product or its description, please inform the Website Management.
  4. We hope you enjoy ordering from us and will strive to provide products quickly and efficiently.

Information Security and Privacy

  1. The Website Management and its representatives may use information provided by users to deliver requested information and services. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without permission and will not be transferred to third parties without the user’s express consent.
