Amit Mashiach

Amit Mashiach (b. 1997) is an Israeli composer. He is the winner of the 22nd Kompolize International Composition Competition (Berlin), and a recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation’s Creative Excellence Scholarship (2024-25). His pieces have been performed by ensembles such as Lietzeorchester Berlin (cond. Hanno Bachus) and the Jerusalem Chamber Choir (cond. Guy Pelc), as well as by outstanding performers at the Eden-Tamir Music Center in Jerusalem (broadcasted live on Kan Kol HaMusica) and at the BMSM Contemporary Music Workshop in Tel Aviv University.

Amit holds a bachelor’s degree in composition and musicology from the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, where he studied composition with Josef Bardanashvili.
