Oded Assaf

Oded Assaf was born in 1947 in Israel and studied at the Tel Aviv University and the Rubin Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem. He obtained his M.A. degree at the University of London – Goldsmith’s College. He teaches at the Tel Aviv University and the Levinsky Teachers College. Assaf was awarded the Prime Minister Prize for composition in 1998. His works are frequently performed by Israeli ensembles and musicians.
